Kaak eleid are a traditional Arabic sweet characterized by their golden color, soft and crumbly texture, and distinctive aroma. They are primarily made from flour mixed with clarified butter or ghee and can be filled with dates agwa or nuts. Special spices are used, such as "ka'ak spice," which contains cinnamon, Camphor and cardamom. Dusted with powdered sugar after baking.
