Agashi

Agashi is a popular Sudanese grilled meat dish known for its spicy peanut-based marinade. The meat—usually beef, lamb, or chicken—is cut into small pieces, coated with a mixture of ground peanuts, chili powder, garlic, salt, and spices, then skewered and grilled over charcoal.
