Kawari

Kawara is a traditional Sudanese dish made from slow-cooked cow feet (trotters). The feet are cleaned thoroughly, then simmered for several hours until the broth becomes rich, thick, and gelatinous.

The stew is seasoned with:

• Garlic

• Onions

• Spices (cumin, black pepper, coriander)

• Tomato or light seasoning depending on the region.
